At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your task
- empathetic and professional care & support of our residents
- important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
- taking over daily responsibility after appropriate introduction
- main responsibility for the supervision of FaGe trainees in the residential area
Our requirements
- joy in the nursing profession in long-term care
- Health Specialist (or DN I or FA SRK) with professional experience
- experience and enjoyment in accompanying FaGe trainees as well as certificate as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- very good oral and written German skills, good understanding of dialect
- responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality with high quality standards
