About the job

• You support the IT Services management in administrative matters, especially in scheduling, coordination, as well as the preparation and follow-up of meetings including minute taking.
• You are responsible for the structured filing of contracts and their recording in the corresponding system.
• You independently take over all tasks in the area of mobile communication.
• You support the procurement officer in the acquisition of hardware and software as well as in the corresponding billing.
• You advise and support the IT Services staff on questions regarding working hours and further training and accompany entries and exits in close cooperation with the HR department.
• You provide administrative support in various projects.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• A specialist further education, for example as a federally certified executive assistant or an equivalent qualification, is an advantage.
• You have an affinity for IT-related administrative tasks, especially in the area of hardware and license management.
• We expect very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• You are characterized by a strong service orientation, an independent and structured way of working, as well as a high level of organizational skills.
