Your role
- Professional and strategic consulting of our clients in the introduction, optimization, and further development of Abacus solutions
- Analysis of business processes and development of customized solution concepts in the supported modules
- Independent planning and implementation of sub-customer projects – from conception to successful go-live
- Contact person for complex professional questions as well as escalation point for demanding topics
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments and project teams to ensure high solution quality
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations for customers and key users
- Active participation in the further development of our service portfolio and internal best practices
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by an economic or IT-oriented degree (e.g., business informatics – completed or in training)
- Several years of experience in consulting or project environment, necessarily with Abacus Payroll
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style with a strong solution orientation
- Very good communication skills in German, both spoken and written, as well as confident appearance at the customer level
- High affinity for digital business processes and modern business software solutions
- Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Strong customer orientation combined with professionalism, reliability, and consulting strength
