Your Tasks
- You will actively reach out to potential business customers in the defined target markets by phone.
- You identify and qualify potential customer contacts, schedule appointments for our sales staff, and generate requests for quotes.
- You convincingly convey the comprehensive service offerings of Stämpfli Kommunikation and position us as a relevant contact in the communication environment.
- You maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers through regular and professional conversations.
- You document your activities in the CRM and draw the right conclusions from them.
- With your conversation skills, you influence the image of Stämpfli in a convincing manner.
What Qualifies You for the Job
- Experience in telephone sales, customer acquisition, or B2B marketing – ideally with a flair for communication services.
- Strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to remain friendly and professional even with repeated contact.
- Interest in communication, media, and digitalization.
- Independent and goal-oriented working style.
- Good IT user knowledge, especially in dealing with CRM systems.
