Deputy Head of Housekeeping (100%)
starting December 1, 2025 or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility:
Support of the Head of Housekeeping as well as operational and personnel management of
housekeeping in the absence of the Head of Housekeeping
Active participation in all areas of housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, gastronomy)
Responsible for training apprentices in hotel-housekeeping as well as organizing and supervising learning days
Inventory management including ordering
Organizing and assisting with events
Assisting with instruction, training, and further development of employees
Handling and updating administrative tasks in housekeeping (approx. 20%)
What distinguishes you:
Completed training as a hotel-housekeeping specialist as well as
area manager hotel-housekeeping
You have several years of professional and leadership experience in healthcare
You bring high social competence and organizational flair
You are committed as a leader, decisive, resilient, and embrace the challenge of continuous development
You have good IT user skills (MS Office) and very good German language skills in
spoken and written form
You work independently and carefully and can communicate well in Swiss German
You maintain a respectful, understanding, and helpful approach with our
residents and employees
You are willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and internal events
