The Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in Prättigau between Grüsch and Klosters with more than 600 employees at the Schiers hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the daycare center, parent counseling, and the Klosters Medical Center.
We are looking for a trainer in nursing 90 - 100% for the interdisciplinary department of Schiers hospital starting March 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities include:
- Introduction, support, and supervision of HF/FH nursing students, FaGe apprentices, interns, and trial learners on the ward
- Conducting daily learning support with learners, students, and interns on the ward
- Supporting and promoting learners and students in their work and learning process and managing and monitoring the learning process documentation
- Ensuring learning success and transfer into everyday training
- Co-responsibility for implementing the Flury Foundation's educational mandate
- Responsibility for compliance with and assurance of training quality
- Support and coaching of daily reference persons to accompany learners, students, and interns in daily business
Your profile:
- Certified nursing professional HF/FH with at least one year of professional experience
- Trainer course and vocational pedagogical qualifications equivalent to 300 learning hours, or willingness to acquire these
- Independence and flexibility as well as high self- and social competence
- Strong perception and observation skills
