In the pop and poppa childcare structures, connecting body and mind, engaging in playful and varied activities are the extension of a philosophy in which the child grows, flourishes, and experiences unique and rewarding moments at the crèche. This new crèche, primarily reserved for the residents of Vandoeuvres, is under construction and is scheduled to open in August 2026. With a capacity of about 42 multi-age places, we are looking for the site:

a director

Start date March 2026 – Workplace: Vandoeuvres (Geneva) – Activity rate: 80% to 100%

Your missions:

• Ensure the proper functioning (financial, administrative, and operational) of this new childcare structure and the quality of educational services.
• Recruit teams (ASE, EDU, ) and manage them.
• Develop and implement the educational project with the teams.
• Develop and offer a socio-educational service focused on the pleasure of creating, discovering, being together, communicating, and the joy of growing.
• Welcome families, develop and maintain a quality and trusting relationship with them.
• Establish a framework to meet legal, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Represent the crèche externally and with authorities.

You have:

• A diploma or equivalence meeting current requirements, allowing you to obtain an operating authorization issued by the supervisory authority.
• Significant successful experience in a role.
• Proven experience in supervision and management of educational projects.
• Very good administrative, organizational, writing, and pedagogical skills.
• A sense of human relations and responsibilities.
• A strong ability to commit to your teams and in a new environment.
• Good knowledge of office tools.
