What you can achieve

Active sales in the Pilatus Shop Lucerne as well as tickets and other Pilatus offers
Advising our national and international guests
Organization and maintenance of the shop in Lucerne
Optimal product presentation and window display design
Internal merchandise orders
Responsibility for cash flow
Employee onboarding

What distinguishes you

Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ
Several years of professional experience in sales
High commitment, including weekends and holidays
Very good German and English skills mandatory (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
Strong teamwork skills and high flexibility
Resilient and reliable, even in hectic situations
Open to new things and motivated to occasionally work in our other shops on the mountain
