Commercial Clerk Course Administration 50% (Morning shifts preferred)
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Planning courses in the French-speaking and German-speaking regions of Switzerland
- Advertising courses on our homepage and in the internal ERP system
- Customer support/advice by phone and email
- All administrative tasks from the offer to the invoicing of courses
- Organization/coordination of instructors, equipment, course venues, catering
- Preparation and dispatch of course documentation
What you should bring:
Clearly: commercial know-how, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new topics and challenges. You are well equipped with the following qualifications:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or business school
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good German skills spoken and written (native level), French skills are required for communication with colleagues in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (level B2), good English is an advantage in contact with our mateco colleagues
- Very high customer and service orientation
- Solution-oriented action and networked thinking
- Teamwork skills, commitment, and self-motivation
- High degree of independence
- Work experience in a course secretariat is an advantage
- Interest in an extraordinary industry and enthusiasm for an exciting new field of tasks
