Start on May 1, 2026 or by arrangement as

• You ensure an efficient, patient-friendly consultation operation and are responsible for organization, deployment / duty planning as well as resource management
• You lead the MPA team professionally and personally, further develop employees and, depending on the setting, also accompany trainees or students
• You share responsibility for process and quality management, promote interprofessional collaboration and actively drive optimizations forward
• You work operationally in day-to-day business and support projects such as digitization, process optimizations or the further development of outpatient services

• You have training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (or equivalent) and ideally experience in an outpatient acute hospital or outpatient clinic setting
• You bring leadership experience or have a clear motivation to take on a leadership role. Further training in leadership is an advantage
• You are confident in using digital tools and clinical information systems (e.g. MS Office, appointment and performance recording)
• You work in an organized, resilient manner and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
• You communicate clearly, act reliably, work in a team-oriented manner and have a strong quality and service understanding.
