Research Associate Organizational Psychology (60-80%)

Your tasks:
As part of a committed and cooperative team, you work in an innovative environment. Your tasks are interesting and diverse:
- You actively work on research and consulting projects on current organizational psychological issues (impacts of GenAI, New Work implementation, agile change management)
- You support the development of innovative research topics as well as their application and implementation
- You participate in the education and training of students
- You actively network with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile:
As an innovative and team-oriented personality, you have an excellent master's degree in psychology and also bring the following:
- You have knowledge and relevant work experience in the fields of change management, organizational development, employee surveys, market research, or related professional fields
- You have experience in independently analyzing large quantitative data sets and preparing result reports
- You have strong competence in statistical methods
- You are analytical, independent, proactive, and have a quick learning ability
- You are interested in developing research proposals and acquiring research projects
