Research Associate Organizational Psychology (60-80%)

Your tasks:

As part of a committed and cooperative team, you work in an innovative environment. Your tasks are interesting and diverse:

You actively work on research and consulting projects on current organizational psychological issues (impacts of GenAI, New Work implementation, agile change management)
You support the development of innovative research topics as well as their application and implementation
You participate in the education and training of students
You actively network with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

As an innovative and team-oriented personality, you have an excellent master's degree in psychology and also bring the following:

You have knowledge and relevant work experience in the fields of change management, organizational development, employee surveys, market research, or related professional fields
You have experience in independently analyzing large quantitative data sets and preparing result reports
You have strong competence in statistical methods
You are analytical, independent, proactive, and have a quick learning ability
You are interested in developing research proposals and acquiring research projects
