For our general practitioner practice in the premises of the Menziken Hospital, we are looking for an experienced personality to start immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- You are the hub between our patients and our general practitioner (female) and general practitioner (male)
- You welcome and care for our patients and organize the consultation hours according to urgency
- You support the general practitioner as consultation assistance (examinations, venipunctures, vaccinations, injections, etc.)
- Recording patient and service data in the practice software and in ordering
Your profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ / Trainer course is an advantage
- Experienced in handling IT (MS Office, practice software) and enjoy administrative tasks
- Good comprehension, independent, initiative and solution-oriented working style, flexibility, high quality awareness and very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High social competence, customer and service orientation, discretion, resilience in lively and difficult situations
- Flexibility to cover for other MPAs during vacation absences and in case of illness
