We are looking immediately or by arrangement for our location Füssen (Germany) a Team Leader Operational Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent maintenance and repair of all systems and machines including peripherals (mainly Bruderer/Bihler stamping and bending machines) to ensure smooth and safe workflows
- Timely maintenance according to the requirements of IATF 16949
- Coordination of external companies in coordination with the respective specialist departments
Your Profile
- Successfully completed technical training (ideally with additional qualification as a technician)
- Experience in machine maintenance and repair of systems in the field of stamping and forming technology is mandatory
- Knowledge of a TPM system (maintenance strategy) as a basis for IATF requirements is ideal
- Confident handling of the PC as well as common MS Office programs
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliable service mentality
- Team player with willingness for occasional duties outside core working hours
- Hands-on mentality with pragmatic problem-solving
