Assistant Property Management (m/f/d)

In this versatile assistant role, you support two team leaders in managing an exciting and varied property portfolio. From the first apartment viewing to tenant departure, you actively accompany the entire lifecycle of a rental relationship.

• You are the first point of contact for tenants and handle their concerns competently, friendly, and solution-oriented
• You process terminations, coordinate the next steps, and ensure a smooth handling
• You prepare rental contracts and other tenancy-related documents
• You organize and conduct apartment viewings and handovers
• You issue work orders to craftsmen, coordinate appointments, and monitor the execution of the work
• You prepare final statements after moving out
• You assist in accounts payable and receivable accounting
• You support the team leaders in administrative daily business

• Completed commercial basic training
• Initial professional experience in property management
• Confident German language skills; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
• You are an organizational talent with a clear overview and nothing escapes your notice
• You remain calm and composed even in challenging situations
