Then a versatile role awaits you in our traditional specialist clinic with 34 beds in the most beautiful location on Zurichberg, where respect and appreciation are an essential part of our collaboration. Our service mandates are: acute geriatrics, specialized palliative care, internal medicine, oncology, and geriatric rehabilitation.
Your tasks:
− Professional application of your expertise in acute geriatric medicine, rehabilitative nursing, and palliative care;
− Responsibility for competent, contemporary, individual, and consistent nursing quality;
− Care of patients in everyday life according to their individual needs and our nursing guidelines;
− Close cooperation with our interdisciplinary team;
− Administrative tasks as well as independent management of nursing documentation;
− Support and promotion of our FAGE trainees as a daily reference person;
− Active contribution to a positive working atmosphere.
You bring:
− A completed education as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH;
− Professional experience in acute care, experience in rehabilitative nursing is an advantage;
− Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility;
− Joy and understanding in dealing with elderly people;
− Very good PC skills, KISIM knowledge preferred;
− Team spirit and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations;
− Flexibility, motivation, and openness to new things;
− Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage;
− Re-entrants are welcome.
