About the job
Your scope of action
- You develop the brand marketing strategy (branding, portfolio, activation) and adapt it for the Swiss market and export
- You identify consumer, market, and global trend opportunities, and lead the development of new products
- You develop the brand's multichannel communication tools as well as training tools for Switzerland and export
- You plan and deploy the local marketing plan (Swiss pharmacies) and challenge marketing plans in other countries
- Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you analyze the brand's performance, manage your sales forecasts and marketing budget
- You participate in various exciting projects involving the entire Beauty marketing team and our brand portfolio
Your strengths
- A university degree in marketing, business or equivalent, and proven experience in Brand Management in the cosmetics or FMCG sectors, possibly in product development
- Your ease in communicating with our internal and external stakeholders makes you a convincing, competent, and reliable partner
- A true team player, you are appreciated for your listening skills, commitment, and flexibility
- You demonstrate both good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as great creativity
- If proficiency in MS Office tools is also part of your skills, then you are the person we are looking for
- Native French or German speaker, you have a very good command of the other language (minimum B2 level), as well as English (minimum C1 level)
