• The cantons are responsible for the approval or determination of tariffs in healthcare. In the context of the introduction of the new outpatient medical tariff, we rely on additional support.
• You will participate in complex tariff approval and tariff determination procedures.
• Preparing government council decisions and orders is part of the field of activity.
• You also provide scientific support in the analysis and plausibility checks of tariff and reversal data.

• Business administration or legal education (completed or near completion)
• Strong analytical thinking and confident understanding of numbers
• Confident handling of Excel
• Advantage: Experience in drafting or reviewing orders
• Interest in health policy and health economics topics
• Confident written and oral expression in German
• Independent, thorough, and efficient working style
• Flexibility, teamwork, and resilience
