For the 2026 intake, the Skills Development Center team is looking for their future apprentice customer relations agent CFC.
Job Description
As an apprentice customer relations agent, you will work in various sectors such as patient reception and admission centers, complaint and billing centers, and medical receptions.
During your apprenticeship, you will discover various administrative areas serving patient reception and the quality of care provided to patients.
You welcome and admit patients and respond to their specific requests. Additionally, you provide them with information about their consultations and services.
You answer questions by offering individual listening and also handle complaints.
As a privileged contact person, you ensure patient satisfaction and guarantee impeccable service.
Qualifications
You have successfully completed your compulsory schooling.
Comfortable in oral and written French, your level of English allows you to have simple exchanges.
At ease in building relationships, you also know how to show empathy.
You demonstrate motivation to discover a varied work environment serving the public.
Friendly, you enjoy teamwork and communicate easily with your contacts.
You have an interest in the hospital environment and are ready to commit to a professional training alternating work in a company, practical courses, and theoretical lessons at school.
