Your tasks:
You bring people into studies – with advice, clarity, and heart.
You are the first contact person for prospective students – whether by email, phone, or in person on site. With empathy and overview, you accompany them from the first contact to the start of studies. You think ahead, use digital tools, and strengthen our team with drive, efficiency, and joy in contact with people.
Your field of activity:
- You advise prospective students in a solution-oriented and empathetic manner – even if they are still uncertain.
- You review study place applications according to guidelines, work closely with the program management, and handle admissions administratively.
- At the Welcome Desk, you are the first point of contact – you welcome with overview and friendliness, provide information, handle cash payments, and ensure office supplies are available.
- You accompany our commercial apprentices as a practical trainer – with professional competence and heart.
Your profile:
Customer-oriented, reliable, collegial – you bring this:
- Commercial training EFZ or comparable qualification
- Confident German, very good English – French is a plus
- Efficient, precise, and solution-oriented – even in complex situations
- Communicative, confident, and a team player
- Enjoy responsibility – also as a practical trainer
- IT-savvy and confident in using digital tools
