With a strong focus on classical homeopathy, phytotherapy, spagyric, and blister packaging for nursing homes, we already offer proven alternatives in healthcare. However, we are at an exciting turning point: in the future, we want to focus more on modern services such as polypharmacy coaching, health checks, and prevention programs.

Your Role
As part of our team, you play a central role in the development and introduction of new services. We are looking for a pharmacist who wants to shape the future of our pharmacy with pioneering spirit and a desire to innovate. You will help us establish innovative health services and position Kolin Pharmacy as the leading health service provider in the region.

Your Tasks
- Expert advice and care for our customers
- Active participation in building new services such as polypharmacy coaching and health checks
- Further development and integration of offerings in the areas of homeopathy, phytotherapy, and tea therapy
- Monitoring medication dispensing and complex medication counseling
- Collaboration with our nursing homes for blister packaging of medications
- Cooperation with doctors and health service providers to promote a holistic health concept

Your Profile
- Completed studies in pharmacy and professional practice license
- Enthusiasm for innovations in pharmacy and willingness to develop new services
- Interest in alternative healing methods and a holistic approach to health counseling
- Independent working style and ability to take responsibility for projects
- Openness to current social issues, ideally with an interest in health policy
