What you will work on with us:

• Support throughout the entire recruitment process including appointment coordination and candidate communication
• Collaboration in the conception and implementation of employer branding activities (e.g., social media campaigns, advertising measures, internal events)
• Creation and editing of content for social media channels
• Support in organizing and conducting the welcome day for new employees
• Participation in the creation of communication and advertising materials
• Opportunity to participate in interview and contract clarification discussions

What sets you apart:

• Student of business or social sciences, psychology, or a comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on human resources
• Very good MS Office skills as well as experience with digital tools like Canva and Copilot
• Creativity, writing skills, and a sense for appealing content
• Open and communicative demeanor
• Very good German language skills
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent and ability to work in a team
