As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas according to quality standards
- Coordination of cleaning projects in the room area
- Arranging necessary repairs and controlling their execution
- Handling correspondence, arranging necessary repairs with control of execution. Receiving, processing, and forwarding complaints to the First Housekeeper
- Ensuring general office organization and securing workflows
- Economic management of the storeroom and issuing required materials to employees
- Management of the lost and found office
- Preparation of evaluations and statistics; checking delivery notes
- Successfully completed vocational training in hotel management or comparable qualification, such as a business economist for nutrition and supply management
- Positive charisma, professional appearance, and a well-groomed appearance
- An eye for detail, as well as the highest standards for quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Interest in further development and gaining professional experience in upscale hospitality
