We work with operational professionals capable of integrating quickly and performing from the start of their position.
As reinforcement for our teams during busy services, you will be involved in:
Culinary production in strict compliance with Gourmet Brothers recipes, technical sheets, and standards
Setup and dispatch during high-paced services
Working in close coordination with the brigade, both in the kitchen and at events
Rigorous management of products: reception, storage, rotation of goods
Maintaining a spotless, clean, and organized workstation
Impeccable application of hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP)
Training and/or confirmed experience in professional cooking
Comfortable in demanding environments, with volume and pressure
Fast, precise, reliable, and autonomous
Capable of adapting to different locations, teams, and types of services
Attention to detail, respect for the product and quality work
Extra missions, according to catering or restaurant activity peaks
A professional and structured working environment
