tilia offers people from the age of 18 who are in need of care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, resident-oriented and palliative care is at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

For this reason, we are offering a position as a dining service employee in the living areas at tilia Elfenau starting November 1, 2025.
- independently ensure a well-maintained service for our residents in the dining room (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- responsible for menu orders and inventory management
- various cleaning and transport tasks
- co-responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene standards in the dining room
- Training in the hospitality/home economics field or experience in a similar role
- Enjoyment in working with and caring for people in need of assistance
- Well-groomed appearance and very good oral and written German skills (understanding dialect is an advantage)
- high quality awareness and service mindset
- willingness to work weekend shifts
- independent, flexible, and communicative personality
- fixed working hours daily from 07:30 – 13:30 and/or 16:30 – 19:00
