The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our offerings include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. support the primary care nurse in process-oriented care and support
review care quality processes with structured observation and bedside teaching
actively participate in direct care
further develop concepts and work in specialist groups

Our requirements

professional experience as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent
a solution-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
