- Together with the co-head, you lead the interdisciplinary health service with around 150 employees.
- You contribute to ensuring that Bern remains a healthy, inclusive, and barrier-free living environment.
- Within the co-leadership, you are responsible for school social work, school health promotion and prevention, the specialist office for the equality of people with disabilities, as well as staff tasks.
- You further develop our organization, lead innovative projects, and develop future-oriented concepts.
- You strengthen cooperation between health, social, and educational institutions and build sustainable networks.
- As a member of the management of the Directorate for Education, Social Affairs, and Sports, you effectively contribute your expertise.
- University degree in education, economics, or social sciences – ideally complemented by solid knowledge in the other disciplines.
- Passion for promoting equal opportunities, health, and social participation in Bern – with a focus on the school sector.
- Proven experience in leadership and management, combined with enthusiasm for innovation and a willingness to shape.
- Enjoyment in effectively implementing projects and processes together with internal and external partners.
- Good networking in the healthcare sector as well as pronounced administrative and political understanding.
