- Analysis and optimization of the Order-to-Cash processes (O2C) in international sales (EMEA) of Flow Solutions for Industry & Infrastructure
- Identification and elimination of process bottlenecks and compliance risks
- Design and implementation of efficient, digitally supported target processes
- Monitoring daily O2C operations, identifying disruptions and deriving countermeasures (customer satisfaction, liquidity)
- Definition and reporting of relevant KPIs (e.g., DSO, Order Cycle Time)
- Collaboration with sales, finance, IT, and other stakeholders
- Support of ERP and digitization projects (SAP, CRM, RPA)
- Change management including training and communication
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable
- 6–9 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial environment with international sales processes
- Deep understanding of O2C processes and their mapping in ERP systems (especially SAP SD, WMS)
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
- High initiative, structured working style, strategic thinking skills as well as pronounced communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English skills (working language)
