In our Cargo Logistics Center Basel, you are part of a 130-member family. Near Basel SBB station, you can expect generous infrastructure, modern work tools, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the dispatch department and driving staff
• Responsibility and organization of daily transport business
• Organization of driving staff and contract drivers
• Deployment planning of assigned employees and the fleet
• Implementation of customer requirements
• Contact person for internal and external customers
• Training and introduction of assigned employees

What you bring

• Further training in the field of transport and logistics dispatcher
• Several years of solid professional experience in dispatch in Switzerland is mandatory, preferably in the area of general cargo
• Leadership experience in a comparable function
• Customer-oriented, precise, and efficient work
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and good communication skills
• Resilient, responsible, and confident appearance
• Very good oral and written expression in German
• French language skills are an advantage
• Good PC user skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
