About the job
IntroductionTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a housekeeping employee on an hourly basis starting immediately, with expected assignments mainly on weekends.
Your tasks
- Cleaning and maintenance of the hotel's public areas as well as guest rooms according to the standards of the Suvretta House.
- Refilling guest articles and checking the minibar
- Performing departure, stay, and turndown services
- Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines
- Reporting technical defects or forgotten items
- Support with general tasks on the floor (e.g., laundry distribution, order in the office areas)
Your profile
- You already have professional experience in upscale hospitality.
- You have a structured and organized way of working as well as a very high level of quality awareness.
- You are a resilient and flexible personality with a confident appearance and good social skills.
- You know the proper manners and have a flair for a demanding, international clientele.
- We expect you to be able to communicate in Italian and English.
