Is this helpful?
From January, I offer a loving, calm lunch supervision at families' homes in Amriswil and the surrounding area.
Time-wise from 11 am to about 3 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Many children experience lunch today as loud, hectic, and in large groups. Exactly there, what children really need in the middle of the day is often missing: calm, attention, time, and nourishing food.
I want to consciously open a different space.
I cook healthy, fresh, child-friendly, and with lots of love. Eating can be something beautiful again, not just rushing through.
Professionally, I bring many years of experience from pedagogy, especially in the toddler area. Additionally, I am a certified relaxation and mindfulness educator. As a mother of 2 children (12/14), I bring a lot of sensitivity.
After eating, I consciously create islands of calm: time to arrive, reflect, read, paint, or simply be. No program, but real relief.
A warm, appreciative atmosphere is important to me – manageable, calm, and secure. Exactly what is often not possible in the school day with large groups.
If you wish for a mindful lunch for your child, please feel free to contact me personally.
I look forward to the exchange.
Sincerely
Christin
