You lead demanding projects in the area of Output Management – from planning, supporting the offer creation including cost determination, through implementation to successful completion. You bring not only your project management expertise but also your technical understanding for the development of customized customer solutions. You coordinate teams, manage resources, and actively shape the future of our communication solutions in the digital and physical areas.Your Area of Responsibility
- Close collaboration with Solution Architects and global design teams to ensure technical excellence
- Design of innovative solution proposals based on customer requests and internal requirements
- Analysis of existing business processes and development of economically sensible optimization possibilities
- Support of sales in the offer phase through sound professional expertise
- Planning and management of complex projects and programs with multiple subprojects
- Development of detailed project plans with clear goals, milestones, and resources
- Monitoring project progress as well as early identification and resolution of risks
- Leadership and motivation of the project team as well as promotion of individual development
- Regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and commitment
- Responsibility for budget, time, and quality – including compliance with set framework conditions
- Participation in the further development of the product portfolio and internal standards
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, IT, or engineering (HF, FH, or university level) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the area of Document Output Management / Customer Communications
- Sound knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques
- Technical understanding and experience in solution design or comparable areas
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Organizational talent and good time management
- Very good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- French skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region
