Your tasks with us:
- You are very familiar with the procedures in a practice and make an engaged team even more efficient
- You assist in creating duty rosters, optimising internal processes, and keeping track of medication and consumables
- You coordinate medical and administrative tasks in consultation with regional management
- You support your team in daily business, welcome patients, and arrange appointments
What you bring with you:
- You have completed basic training (preferably as a medical practice assistant, optician, or in other medical professions) and have a great interest in ophthalmology
- You bring 3 to 5 years of work experience as well as initial leadership experience, ideally in a medical practice
- Ideally, you have already attended leadership training
- You are motivated, have high quality standards, and enjoy working with and for people
- You share our commitment to practising ophthalmology at the highest level
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are a real organisational talent
- You are open to digital development and have good PC user skills
