Your tasks with us:

• You are very familiar with the procedures in a practice and make an engaged team even more efficient
• You assist in creating duty rosters, optimising internal processes, and keeping track of medication and consumables
• You coordinate medical and administrative tasks in consultation with regional management
• You support your team in daily business, welcome patients, and arrange appointments

What you bring with you:

• You have completed basic training (preferably as a medical practice assistant, optician, or in other medical professions) and have a great interest in ophthalmology
• You bring 3 to 5 years of work experience as well as initial leadership experience, ideally in a medical practice
• Ideally, you have already attended leadership training
• You are motivated, have high quality standards, and enjoy working with and for people
• You share our commitment to practising ophthalmology at the highest level
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are a real organisational talent
• You are open to digital development and have good PC user skills
