What to expect
- Comprehensive international order processing for your assigned area
- Application and creation of export documents according to applicable compliance requirements
- Coordination and monitoring of a central part of the supply chain as well as organization of worldwide transports
- Direct communication with international customers on order-related and logistical topics
- Close collaboration with the sales team
- Recording and ensuring current and correct master data in CRM and ERP systems
What you bring
- Completed commercial training (E or M profile)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in international order processing with customer contact
- Experience in export/import is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
- Eager to learn, open-minded, and resilient personality
- Strong customer and solution orientation
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style with quick comprehension
