Your area of responsibility

You take over the professional leadership and responsibility for a team of seven employees in the accounting department for our foundations as well as the accounting of the sub-ledger for individual and collective insurance.
You ensure that the accounting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements are prepared correctly and on time according to OR.
For our foundations, you prepare the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26 and the business reports.
You manage, post, and prepare the settlement of the security fund.
Together with internal specialist and audit departments, you further develop processes and interfaces – focusing on digitization and automation.

Your strengths

You have several years of experience and sound knowledge in the accounting of foundations and individual and collective life insurance financial statements.
You bring leadership experience and enjoy promoting and developing employees.
You think analytically, act on your own initiative, and make decisions clearly and convincingly.
You have completed commercial training with further education in accounting/finance (e.g., professional certificate in finance and accounting, bachelor's degree in business administration, federally certified expert).
You have very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
