Your area of responsibility
- You take over the professional leadership and responsibility for a team of seven employees in the accounting department for our foundations as well as the accounting of the sub-ledger for individual and collective insurance.
- You ensure that the accounting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements are prepared correctly and on time according to OR.
- For our foundations, you prepare the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26 and the business reports.
- You manage, post, and prepare the settlement of the security fund.
- Together with internal specialist and audit departments, you further develop processes and interfaces – focusing on digitization and automation.
Your strengths
- You have several years of experience and sound knowledge in the accounting of foundations and individual and collective life insurance financial statements.
- You bring leadership experience and enjoy promoting and developing employees.
- You think analytically, act on your own initiative, and make decisions clearly and convincingly.
- You have completed commercial training with further education in accounting/finance (e.g., professional certificate in finance and accounting, bachelor's degree in business administration, federally certified expert).
- You have very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
