Your area of responsibility

Acquisition of sales mandates
Marketing of mandated properties
Valuation of properties
Representation of Swiss Life Immopulse in the real estate sector
Brokerage of pension business and mortgages (cross-selling)

Your strengths

Several years (at least 2 years) of proven experience as a real estate agent
Very good German skills, additional national language(s) advantageous
Excellent communication skills, strong sales competence, and consistent customer orientation
High social competence, empathy, and teamwork skills
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, goal- and performance-oriented working style
Resilience, sociability, and confident appearance
