For the Master Builder Bern, we are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by agreement with a Construction Foreman Structural Engineering (m/f/d) 100%. Your place of employment will be Bern.

What you will do

• Goal-oriented and project-appropriate preparation and execution of large construction sites
• Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection
• Independent and responsible management of the construction site and construction site personnel
• Use of modern working methods – in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and relying on digital solutions to increase efficiency

What you bring

• Completed training in the construction trade (e.g., mason, concrete worker) with further training as a foreman
• Several years of professional experience in structural engineering
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Experience in leading teams
• Cooperative attitude and enjoyment of teamwork
• Hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as ability to learn complete your profile
• You are able to act flexibly and quickly and deliver excellent performance under pressure
• Driver's license category B
