Police Emergency Squad Leader – 100%
Your role
As a Police Emergency Squad Leader, you support your team members in resolving missions related to maintaining order and public tranquility, while ensuring the safety of the municipalities within the territory of the Nyon Region Police Association, enforcing laws and regulations.
Your main responsibilities
• Supervise the writings and reports of your squad;
• Establish the daily work of your team members;
• Manage the development of the personnel under your supervision;
• Maintain order and public tranquility;
• Ensure the maintenance and respect of laws and regulations;
• Carry out Police Emergency missions and related administrative tasks.
Your profile
You are recognized as a person with a strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to changes while taking a meta position in your decision-making. Additionally, you possess excellent communication skills that allow you to unite your team to promote a healthy dynamic within your group.
You notably have:
• Federal Police Certificate or an equivalent title;
• CCI-VD diploma (mandatory condition);
• CCII diploma (an asset) or willingness to follow the training;
• At least 2 years of prior experience involving personnel management;
• High stress resistance and good lifestyle habits;
• Strong organizational skills, reactivity, and ability to handle unforeseen events;
• Autonomy, team spirit, and sense of responsibility;
• Ease in interpersonal relations and professional communication.
