The family-run Sternmatt residential and care centre in Lucerne offers people with dementia a safe, life-affirming home in an environment characterised by respect and care. In the protected living areas, our care guests receive the support they need, tailored to their individual needs.
For Tertianum Sternmatt in the Lucerne region, we are looking for a
Team Leader Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII 80-100%
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the care team for 33 guests
- Co-responsibility for recruiting new employees
- Planning and leading team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports
- Responsible for organising ward processes, implementing work procedures and duty planning with Polypoint PEP
- Leading and managing care reports, nursing specialist discussions
- Co-responsibility for implementing internal concepts
- Active participation in the further development of care services in the facility
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Taking on tasks as daily responsible person and nursing contact person
- Taking on tasks as topic leader in a specialist area and thus contributing to the group-wide network for care quality
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care or psychiatry is an advantage
- Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
