- You take over the operational management of an In-/Out collection team with around 15 employees and a team in India
- Together with the team, you share responsibility for achieving the collection targets
- You analyze, control, and develop the team by consistently using data and promoting the use of new technologies
- You coordinate professionally with the specialist, other team leaders, and product managers and continuously develop the area through process optimizations, especially regarding digitization and automation
- You promote close collaboration with distribution (field service, brokers, and large companies) as well as external bodies such as debt enforcement offices and courts
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed business studies or comparable commercial training with further education
- Several years of leadership experience in an operational environment
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and an independent, structured way of working
- Professional experience in in- and out-collection or in the debt enforcement office area is an advantage
- Confident German skills as well as good oral and written French skills (additional basic knowledge of Italian is an advantage)
