In collaboration with the Lead UX, you will participate in the redesign of a modern back-office web platform, designed to meet the real needs of users. You will be responsible for understanding and gathering user needs, translating them into functional and aesthetic interfaces, and ensuring consistency throughout the entire user journey. You will validate your solutions through testing and monitor key indicators after deployment. You master the entire UX process, from user research to continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities include:
Conducting user research (interviews, workshops, journey analyses) to identify needs and pain points.
Designing intuitive interfaces consistent with the design system and brand identity, using Figma and prototyping tools.
Collaborating closely with product, technical, and business teams to align needs, constraints, and objectives.
Testing solutions, reviewing developed deliverables, and monitoring user-centered metrics.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the experience and front-end quality.
Education: CFC or higher education in design. Certification in interface ergonomics or UX is a plus.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in UX/UI design, ideally on complex interfaces (such as back-office). Experience in the insurance sector is appreciated.
Languages: Fluent French (C2 level), professional English (B2/C1).
Technical skills:
Proficiency in Figma (interactive prototypes, auto-layout, variables).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of component libraries.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and user testing tools.
Designing questionnaires and analysis via Google Analytics or equivalent.
Good understanding of AI tools applied to design (Figma AI plugins, image generators, OpenAI API integration).
Awareness of GDPR and ethical issues related to data and algorithms.
