At our location in Möhlin, we are looking for you as Lead Installer (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

Planning and coordination of workflows including subcontractors in plant and pipeline construction

Coordination of construction sites and workplace setup

Fabrication of pipelines and isometry

Documentation of pipelines

Technical leadership of the assembly personnel

Preparation of daily work reports and conducting performance and progress control

Compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety regulations

Link between representatives, customers, and technicians from other trades

Your profile

Successfully completed training as a plant mechanic or pipe fitter
Several years of experience in the execution of pipeline construction sites
Experience in drawing and reading isometry and R&I diagrams
Experience in leading and motivating employees
High self-motivation, strong team ability, resilient, and assertive
Knowledge of MS Office package
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
Driver's license category B and willingness to travel within Switzerland (installation)
