Your tasks
- Coordination and supervision of work assignments as well as cleaning processes
- Conducting regular cleaning inspections and assisting with cleaning if necessary
- Receiving customer complaints and ensuring their timely resolution
- Checking compliance with specified hours and controlling as well as distributing consumables
- Personnel administrative tasks
- Support in recruiting employees as well as temporary staff for holiday replacements
- Responsibility for machines, equipment, and cleaning rooms
- Participation in internal training events
Your profile
- Further training as a building cleaner or in housekeeping is an advantage
- Professional experience in the FM industry, building cleaning, or housekeeping
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
- Independent and reliable
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Impeccable reputation
- Resident in the Schaffhausen region
- Foreign applicants require a valid C residence permit or B permit with employment
- Driver's license
