Your tasks:
- Assistance to the managing director and management in organizational and administrative tasks
- Appointment scheduling and coordination, organization of meetings for various committees and their minute-taking
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Hub function with all involved external and internal parties
- Support of other business areas with administrative tasks
- Support in the implementation of company projects if needed
What you bring:
- Commercial training and experience as a management assistant
- Service-oriented organizational talent with a structured way of working
- Team player with a strong service mentality
- Communicative, team-capable personality with high self-discipline and flexibility
- Absolute discretion, great independence, accuracy, and reliability
- Flawless German spoken and written, English is an advantage
