• You take on the initiation, planning, and management of complex, cross-departmental IT projects with a variety of stakeholders.
• You analyze existing IT applications and recognize overarching connections in the context of changing business requirements.
• You develop well-founded solution variants and evaluate them in terms of cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks.
• You capture, analyze, and design operational processes and systematically map them in IT solutions.
• You specifically gather requirements from the business and translate them into actionable concepts.
• You are responsible for the entire project execution – from information gathering to planning, budgeting, and control to reporting.
• You support and advise project clients and stakeholders.
• You conduct structured needs analyses, accompany change processes (Change Management), and design sustainable solutions for complex business structures and IT systems.
• You have completed a higher education in technical or business informatics (FH, HF) or have furthered your education in this field.
• You bring several years of experience in project and process management and are skilled in business analysis for software implementation projects.
• You have several years of experience with ERP and CRM projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Your strengths lie in a pronounced customer orientation, high social competence, and clear communication skills.
• You are a committed and proactive personality with analytical thinking skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Very good German language skills, a convincing and sympathetic demeanor, as well as strong negotiation skills complete your profile.
