Your Tasks
- Senior medical management of the addiction psychiatry treatment area, together with the nursing management in a tandem model
- Control and conceptual further development of the medical-therapeutic offer as well as the corresponding processes
- Participation in personnel development including ensuring specialist training at the location
- Representation of the clinic internally and externally as well as maintenance and expansion of existing cooperations and networks
- Participation in clinic management and close cooperation with other departments at the location (rehabilitation for addiction diseases as well as general psychiatry)
- Management and participation in the psychiatric outpatient clinic including substitution treatments
Your Profile
- Specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy, preferably with addiction-specific further training and experience in this field
- Communicative, determined, and innovative personality
- A cooperative and motivating leadership style
- Desire to work together in a team and to contribute new ideas and approaches for the benefit of patients and employees
- Interest in actively participating as a training supervisor in the collective in specialist training and the training of psychologists and other employees
