Your Tasks

You ensure the care including monitoring of our patients from admission to discharge. Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a smooth treatment process.

You take over the commissioning of the ward, the allocation of patient rooms, and ensure that all rooms are prepared for further use with all necessary materials
Furthermore, you prepare the patients for follicle punctures, assist the treating physician during procedures (puncture and transfer), and perform the abdominal ultrasound during embryo transfer
You monitor, mobilize, and discharge the patients after follicle punctures and ensure patient administration
Administrative tasks such as material management and participation in telephone service are also part of your varied responsibilities

Your Profile

You have completed training as a health specialist, medical practice assistant, or comparable and bring several years of professional experience
Your patient-oriented and empathetic manner, combined with your discretion, enables you to optimally care for our patients
You are independent, responsible, and value a quality-conscious way of working
Your organizational skills and flexibility distinguish you
In addition to very good German skills, you speak English and French and have knowledge of common MS Office programs
