Technical Project Clerk
Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a committed and loyal personality who wants to contribute long-term as a Technical Project Clerk in the area of large construction sites.
What you will do with us
- Support the project manager in the administrative project management of large construction sites
- Accompany individual projects on site at the construction sites
- Assist in the preparation of offers and measurements
- Ensure quality, deadline, and cost-compliant processing of offers
- Negotiation and procurement of materials and tools, including request for quotations in the purchasing process
- Conduct AVOR and technical clarifications
- Active collaboration and communication with architects, specialist planners, and customers
What you bring
- Completion of an electrical profession with EFZ (e.g., electrical installer EFZ or similar)
- In further education or with a degree in the federal FA or HF (e.g., technical clerk with federal FA or electrical project manager with federal FA)
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical industry, ideally complemented by experience in the commercial field
- Team player who enjoys working with people, strong communication skills, and supportive
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style with high quality awareness
- Solid knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP & Canoo Volta is an advantage
- Very good German skills (negotiation-secure in spoken and written form)
