Spitex Zimmerberg AG is a non-profit organization responsible for the care, advice, support, and assistance of people of various age groups who rely on external help due to health limitations. We enable the residents of Adliswil, Thalwil, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon, and Langnau am Albis to live a self-determined life in their familiar environment. Spitex Zimmerberg AG has around 160 employees spread across four locations and is thus one of the largest Spitex organizations in the canton of Zurich.

We are looking for you! To support our teams, we are seeking:

Your tasks

Basic and treatment care in simple customer situations in a stable environment
Provision of needs- and situation-appropriate care measures according to the care plan
Deployment in complex customer situations with support from the nursing professional
Recognizing emergency situations and acting appropriately
Appropriate involvement of relatives in care and support
Documenting measures, observations, special features, and changes

Requirements

A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Professional, independent working style
Broad professional experience
Social competence, resilience
Flexibility, especially regarding working hours
Good PC skills
Driver's license category B
