Head of Restaurants & Events
If you want to make an important contribution to healthcare with your work, the following tasks await you:
- Budget and results responsibility for the area of restaurants and events
- Professional and personnel management of the employees of both teams
- Co-responsible for purchasing, offer design as well as ensuring quality, presentation, and sales of gastronomic services
- Participation in operational daily business
- Organizing, supervising, and leading events, seminars, and banquets (up to 160 people)
- Independent handling of all correspondence related to events
- Ensuring correct daily and monthly closings in the TC-Pos cash register system
- Responsible for internal ordering, stock transfers, and inventory recordings in Abacus
- Processing creditors in the SAP workflow and debtors in Abacus for the entire operation
- Responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations, food law, and occupational safety
Gastronomie Neumünster Park is an operation of Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg, which includes, among others, the Zollikerberg Hospital and other facilities. As a central gastronomic service provider, we ensure catering for the entire site and thus make an important contribution to the quality of care. Every day we prepare around 700 meals for patients of Zollikerberg Hospital, visitors, and employees. In addition to patient catering, we operate restaurant areas and manage our modern banquet and seminar rooms with events up to 160 people. Our operation is open 365 days a year. The combination of hospital gastronomy, restaurant operation, and event and seminar area makes our activity versatile, demanding, and closely connected to healthcare.

This is how you convince us:
- Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality
- Further education in business administration, gastronomy management, or comparable is highly desirable
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in healthcare is mandatory
- Good business knowledge as well as experience in budget and results responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented working style with a high service and guest orientation
