Your tasks

- You participate in all of our internal further training and continuing education events.
- In addition, weekly specialist supervision as well as various interdisciplinary intervision and supervision events are a matter of course.
- At the central training network in Zurich, you attend the corresponding specialist-oriented events on Wednesday afternoons. Both the time and financial expenses are reimbursed to you.
- Furthermore, you participate in the annual congress of the Swiss Society for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (SGPP).
- If you are already in the second year of training to become a specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy, you will also be extensively supported in your psychotherapeutic training both in terms of time and finances.
- You bring all this knowledge into your daily work and enjoy improving your decision-making skills and constantly reflecting on your abilities in interesting discussions.
- Through professional discussion, but also through dealing with business ethics topics across all hierarchical levels, you gain new insights.
